What time does Australia vs Nigeria start? TV schedule, live streams for 2023 Women's World Cup match – Sporting News

70views

Australia have had a brilliant 2023, only losing one match and defeating several top sides in the lead-up to the World Cup.
They were able to keep the form going on opening night of their co-hosted tournament when they defeated a determined Republic of Ireland side 1-0 at Stadium Australia, and they will look to make it two from two against Nigeria in Brisbane.
They will have to do it without a host of injured stars, including superstar Sam Kerr and exciting attacker Mary Fowler, who have been ruled out of the game due to injury.
Nigeria will be hoping to use a similar game plan to the one that stifled Canada in their opening match, where they held the Olympic champions to a 0-0 draw in Melbourne.
The Australia vs. Nigeria Group B clash begins at 8:00 p.m. local time at Brisbane Stadium.
The match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. in Adelaide, and 6:00 p.m. in Perth.
Like all of Australia’s matches at the tournament, the game will be available on free-to-air television on Channel 7 and its streaming platform 7Plus.
Up to 4.88 million people tuned in to the Matildas’ opening match of the tournament, on Channel 7, with an average viewership of 1.94 million around the country.
