“The first word for Arsenal, of course Liverpool as well but Arsenal for pushing us to another level,” the Spaniard told Sky Sports.
“Before it was Liverpool that pushed us to our limits but, in the last two years, it was Arsenal.
“They’ve had an incredible season and we get the message that they will be there for many seasons.
“They have a young manager with big talent and a young squad.
“They sent us a message that we have to be careful for the next few years, but here we are and we celebrate.
“If people told me that in my seven years I would win six premier leagues, I would have thought they were crazy.”
The German’s days as Liverpool manager are done.
The Reds finish the season with a 2-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Premier League season has ended, but we have more football waiting for you.
Al Jazeera Sport will be back next weekend bringing you live updates from the FA Cup final, where City will face their rivals Man United in a recap of last year’s finale.
Rodri, who scored the third goal in City’s win over West Ham, said his side “changed history”.
“Four in a row is unbelievable. I think it’s something that is never going to be repeated,” the Spaniard said.
“We believed until the end, honestly, no words. The demand of the league is to go 91 points, always like this [a similar points total]. I just want to congratulate my teammates.”
City’s midfielder Silva said they were lucky to win the league by a small margin.
“We’ve been lucky enough to have these small margins to be in front of them. The achievement is unbelievable. Four in a row, we are so, so proud and so, so happy,” Silva told Sky Sports.
Asked about which league title has been the most special, he said: “All of them but the first one is always the most special. Winning four in a row and something that was never done before is unbelievable, right?”
West Ham manager Moyes, whose side lost 3-1 to City, was full of praise for City boss Guardiola.
“There used to be an argument that clubs couldn’t win the title back-to-back,” Moyes said in the post-match press conference. “He has blown that sky-high. Four in a row is incredible.
“Everyone in football is in awe of his coaching but there is more to it than that. He is a really good man manager and has the ability to control players… His ability to manage is second to none.”
City’s players are clicking photos with the trophy, while their captain Walker is running around the stadium with a huge flag, which reads “Champions 24”.
Grealish is celebrating with a bottle of champagne and clicking selfies with the team’s top scorer Haaland.
Safe to say, the party is not going to end any time soon in the Manchester City group.
Walker collects the trophy and joins his teammates, then lifts the trophy. The fireworks go off and the confetti surrounds the podium.
Guardiola signals “six” with his fingers to the cameras, referring to the club’s sixth league win under his guidance.
De Bruyne, City’s premier playmaker, walks out to the chants of “Oh Kevin De Bruyne” as the Belgian collects his medal.
Seconds later, Walker, the club captain, collects his medal.
Home fans chant and sing as Golden Boot winner Haaland gets his medal. His father, Alfie, is busy giving interviews to the media on site.
The 23-year-old has become the youngest player to win the Premier League six times.
Josko Gvardiol is one of the few City players getting their first winners’ medal.
Guardiola kisses the trophy. That’s the sixth time he has done it as a City manager!
Carson is the first City player to get the medal, followed by Ederson.

Guardiola makes his way to the field to a round of applause from fans and the backroom staff.
The Spaniard is joined by his team as they get ready to collect the winners’ medals.
All of the Manchester City players and backroom staff are wearing shirts featuring “champions” on their backs in gold ink.
The Premier League trophy has made its way to the podium through Paul Dickov, the striker who scored 25 years ago for City in the (what is now) League One playoff final.
The backroom staff are the first to enter the field, as they wave to the fans in the stands.
They are relishing it, pulling out their mobile phones to capture the happy moment!
Ederson is sipping on some wine, while the rest of the players in the tunnel are enjoying their beers.
The team, along with their backroom staff, will emerge on the field in a few minutes to lift the trophy.
City are the second-most successive Premier League side with eight titles.
The record lies with their crosstown rivals, Manchester United, who have won 13.

This is the sixth league title City have won in the eight seasons they have played under Pep Guardiola.
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has won his second consecutive Premier League Golden Boot. He topped the charts with 27 goals, while Chelsea’s Cole Palmer came second with 22 and Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak was third with 21.

A banner with “champions” written on it has been laid on the turf of the Etihad Stadium. The trophy will be presented soon to Guardiola’s side, who have won a historic fourth straight title.
The champagne and the dance moves are out! City’s players are celebrating to the tunes of “Campeones, Campeones, Ole ole ole!” in the dressing room before we have the trophy celebration.
