Naija News earlier reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the early hours of Wednesday, March 1, declared the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Tinubu, as the president-elect.
The former Lagos State governor scored 8,805,420 votes to defeat his counterparts, Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the tight race.
Tinubu got the support of many Yoruba Nollywood stars and they have taken to their respective social media pages to celebrate his win.
